(h). ensure that you do not misrepresent your true identity at any time;

(i). finally, users of the Site should be aware:

The results of your content, sharing and activities on the site should not adversely affect the family and social structure in any way, and should not lead to any abuse, especially for children and women. Once detected, all your creations like short URLs, bio link pages, QR codes, vcard links, file links will be deleted without notice. For repeated violations of these terms, your account will be suspended or deleted.


9. Additional standards applicable to video sharing

The Site provides video sharing services which enables you to upload and share video content.

The above content standards are applicable to video sharing. Furthermore, when uploading or sharing any video content:

(a). you must bring any video uploaded or shared to the Site containing restricted material to our immediate attention.

Restricted material includes material which contains content which would be punishable as a criminal offence of:

o

• terrorism;

• sexual abuse;

• sexual exploitation of children;

• child pornography;

• racism; or

• xenophobia.

Restricted material is also any material which is unclassified, unclassifiable, or rated for person over 18 or suitable for such a rating or contains material which might impair the physical, mental or mortal well-being and/or development of persons under 18.

(b). you must not upload to the Site or otherwise share any video containing material is likely to incite violence or hatred agains any person or group of persons;

(c). you must not upload to the Site or otherwise share to the Site any video which advertises:

• cigarettes or other tobacco products;

• electronic cigarettes or electronic cigarette refills;

• any prescription-only medicine.

(d). you may only upload to the Site or otherwise share on the Site any video which advertises alcohol if:

• the product is not specifically aimed at persons under the age of 18; and

• the video does not encourage the immoderate consumption of alcohol;

(e). any video you upload to the Site or otherwise share to the Site which contains advertising must not:

o

• prejudice respect for human dignity;

• include or promote discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;

• encourage behaviour prejudicial to health or safety;

• encourage behaviour grossly prejudicial to the protection of the environment;

• cause physical, mental or moral detriment to persons under the age of 18;

• directly exhort such persons to purchase or rent goods or services in a manner which exploits their inexperience or credulity;

• directly encourage such persons to persuade their parents or others to purchase or rent goods or services;

• exploit the trust of such persons in parents, teachers or others; or

• unreasonably show such persons in dangerous situations.

(f). any video uploaded to the Site or otherwise shared on the Site for advertising purposes must, as far as is reasonably practicable, make it readily recognisable as an advert and should not convey a message subliminally.


10. Breaches to the terms of this policy

Where we consider that there has been a breach to any of the terms of this policy, we may:

o issue you with a formal warning;

o terminate or suspend your ability to access and use the Site; or

o instigate legal proceedings against you where appropriate;

o disclose any criminal activity to the relevant enforcement bodies and/or agencies.

The above list is not intended to be exhausted and any appropriate action shall be at our absolute discretion.
